Camps generally last 3-5 days and are a great way to hit lots of balls, gather information and have a fun social experience.
Do not expect to raise your game a full level, but rather come back with new techniques, tips and enthusiasm to practice hard to make changes in upcoming months.
Camps should be part of an overall plan and should add fuel to regular practice and lessons year round. To really raise the level of your game involves a consistent 2-3 times/week commitment of play/drill.
The premier camp in MN is the Tennis & Life Camps at Gustavus Adophus College, St. Peter, MN. Both adult, junior and family camps are offered.
Camps for juniors only are also offered through St John's University, St. Olaf, and Luther College.
For more information, contact the appropriate college. Our pros also are a good source of information.
